One thing that is common to most of us is that we have not been told by our companies what project we will be working on. And as it may turn out we might be asked to provide our preference for the projects. we might be aske dour area of interest. So do have an area at the back of your mind for the project you are willing to undertake. I gave it some thought and came up with thing small list.

42.If nothing else just pick up any HR Process and do a study on it. that will be enough.
